Application of Animal Specimens in the Teaching and Talent Training of Marine Fishery Science and Technology Specialized Subject

Abstract: The teaching system and personnel training of marine fishery science and technology specialized subject often involve the use of a large number of various marine animal specimens, but their functional role and position have not been studied and discussed. Based on the introduction of the actual use of animal specimens in the theoretical courses, experimental courses and practical teaching of the specialized subject. This study dissected the unique role of animal specimens as an intuitive and visual teaching tool and knowledge carrier in promoting students to form accurate understanding and deep memory of professional knowledge and providing real cognition of the diversity and complexity of marine animals. By summarizing the teaching of marine animal specimen making, this study also expounded the important roles of marine animal specimen making in training the students' divergent thinking, independent exploration and creative ability and promoting the cultivation of innovative and compound talents in marine fisheries.
