Research and Practice of Higher Vocational Professional Talent Training Mode Based on the Deep Integration of

Abstract

Abstract: With the country's comprehensive promotion of the manufacturing power strategy, most engineering higher vocational colleges have begun to set up the specialty of industrial robot technology. Through the analysis of the current situation and leading phenomena of the school running of industrial robot technology specialty in higher vocational colleges, and based on the background of the talent training requirements of "courses, posts, certificates and competitions" in vocational colleges, this paper explores the talent training mode of industrial robot technology specialty in higher vocational colleges. Through the deep integration of professional courses with posts, “X” certificates and skill competitions, a four in one talent training mode for industrial robot technology professionals is constructed to cultivate high-quality compound talents for industrial robot professionals.
