Abstract: One of the important contents in the study of natural products is to use modern organic spectrum technology to identify their structures. In the teaching process of organic spectrum analysis, simple organic small molecules are often used as examples for teaching, while natural products have the characteristics of large number and complex structure. Therefore, there is a disconnect between the teaching content and the actual research and production, which makes it difficult for students to analyze the actual natural product structure. Therefore, we have carried out the teaching exploration of organic spectrum course, which is closely related to the forefront of discipline development and task-oriented, aiming to explore and realize the improvement of students' theoretical knowledge learning in class, students' independent learning and practical problem-solving ability.
