Research and Practice on the Innovation of Undergraduate Vocational Education Model to Enable the Deep Integration of Talent Chain and Industry Chain in Hebei Province

Abstract: In order to adapt to the transformation needs of the current industrial chain, the specialty setting and talent training of vocational education should be based on the special attributes of the industrial chain, reasonably adjust the element configuration of the talent chain, and promote the effective connection and deep integration of the talent chain and the industrial chain. This paper mainly analyzes the internal mechanism of the industrial chain and talent chain, and puts forward the methods and paths for the integration and connection of the vocational college talent chain and the industrial chain based on the current situation of the integration of the vocational college talent chain and the industrial chain, so as to effectively change the current situation of the separation of the vocational college talent chain and the industrial chain in China, and provide ideas for reference to achieve a new situation of "school enterprise cooperation, industry education integration".
