Research on the Characteristic Cultivation of Tourism Management in Local Universities under the Background of New Liberal Arts——Taking Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: The cultivation of speciality characteristics of local universities is an important way to enhance the speciality connotation and competitiveness of universities. The construction of new liberal arts provides an opportunity for the reform and upgrading of tourism management higher education.Taking the tourism management of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics as an example, this paper points out the necessity of cultivating the specialty characteristics under the background of new liberal arts and the main problems existing in the cultivation of the speciality characteristics of tourism management in local universities. This paper puts forward the cultivation of speciality characteristics from the aspects of tourism management speciality orientation, talent training mode, curriculum system, industry-university collaborative education platform, and teaching staff.
