With the rapid development of China's Convention and Exhibition industry, it is increasingly urgent to train skilled, applied and composite Convention and Exhibition talents. But the main body of exhibition talents training is facing difficulties in forming a stable discipline system, superficial level of students’ practice, confidence crisis about exhibition major construction and talent training. According to SECI model, we can construct the training path of exhibition talents from four levels: socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. Following this training path, we can focus on building a stable discipline system in the stage of presentation, deepening practical teaching in the stage of internalization, enhancing confidence in the construction of exhibition major in the stage of socialization, externalization and combination.

Based on the revised technology acceptance model, to explore the effect mechanism of vocational students' acceptance of Cloud Classroom App, and to examine the effects of personal innovativeness in information technology, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and social influence on the intention of CCA usage, as well as the moderating effect of gender. The results are as follows: (1) personal innovativeness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and social influence have a significant positive impact on the intention to use; (2) perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use also as mediator variables affects the relationship between personal innovativeness in information technology/social influence and behavior intention; (3) gender plays a moderating effect between social influence and perceived ease of use.
