Abstract: The academic relationships team is an academic organization formed by the relationship between academic talents in Chinese colleges and universities ,and it is an important participant in promoting the development of academic undertakings in our country. At present, the academic relationships team misunderstood as academic inbreeding so it is understood as the hegemonism of academic circles, which is very disadvantageous to the scientific research output of colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the relationship between academic talents, it is found that the team is a typical academic organization, and it is a hierarchical team rather than an ordinary group. In practice, it has the function of amplifying the academic strength of the team, regulating the academic talents and enhancing the cohesion of the academic team.
