Abstract: In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is proposed that innovation is the first driving force leading development and the strategic support for building a modern economic system. Young students as the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship, innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is particularly important. In recent years, with the high attention of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, the innovative entrepreneurship education and practice in Zhejiang colleges and universities are booming. This paper will review and reflect on the present situation of the transformation and development of colleges and universities in Zhejiang province, the bottleneck and problems in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities. The new system of innovation and entrepreneurship education that needs to be developed in the economic and social development.
