Research on the Teaching Practice of Blended Teaching Method based on Blue ink Cloud Class —— A Case Study of Hotel Brand Culture Construction

Abstract: With the rapid development of vocational education informatization, the change of vocational colleges is the change of teaching methods. In this paper, 72 students from Taizhou Polytechnic College of science and technology were selected to participate in a semester of mixed teaching of hotel management courses based on Mosoink,the spss19.0 analysis shows,Students majoring in hotel management at Taizhou Vocational College of Science & Technology are studying the course "Hotel Brand Culture Construction",Most of the students are satisfied,However, the overall satisfaction also needs to be improved;At the same time, boys were slightly higher than girls in terms of curriculum satisfaction and overall satisfaction,There are significant differences;There was no significant difference in platform satisfaction.
