Research on the Cultivation Path of Craftsman Spirit in Higher Vocational Students from the Perspective of Quality Iceberg Theory

Abstract: In the final analysis, the improvement of the development quality of higher vocational education is the improvement of the training quality of high-quality technical talents. It has become an urgent task to carry out the education of craftsman spirit for higher vocational students. Based on the theory of quality iceberg, the article analyzes the spiritual connotation of artisans from the perspectives of explicit quality improvement and implicit quality cultivation. From the four angles of skill, mentality, morality and behavior, it deconstructs the era value of craftsman spirit. The core elements of the spirit form a three-dimensional training path of synergy between artisan spirit and professional courses, social practice, ideological and political courses and real-world coupling from the four levels of knowledge, emotion, intention and practice.
