Abstract: At this stage, the competition between tourism enterprises has gradually changed from the original product competition as the core to talent competition, service competition as the core. In this case, the industry demand for tourism and management professional skilled personnel degree will increase, and the current education of tourism services and management professional teachers teaching task is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, but in practice the process of considerably still exist many problems, lead to tourism services and management professional skilled personnel training effect is not significant. This paper briefly analyzes the practical teaching reform of the cultivation of skilled talents in tourism service and management, with the purpose of further improving the quality of education and teaching.
