Abstract: With the continuous development of information technology, people's life has entered a new era. Big data and "Internet +" thinking patterns are also gradually permeating people's lives. For a long time, tourism management major in higher vocational colleges in China has been devoted to cultivating students' professional qualities. However, with the proposal of "Internet +", the training concept of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges should also be changed. Students with only basic knowledge and service ability cannot meet the needs of this era for talent, we must realize the transformation of talent training mode.
