Abstract: In the current employment situation, because of the preference of the talent market to the students of public universities, private universities students employment is particularly difficult. Therefore, in response to the call of "mass entepreneurship and innovation", it is an inevitable trend of the development of university education for private colleges and universities to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into personnel training of private colleges and universities. Based on the current situation and problems of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training in private colleges and universities, this paper discusses the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the talent training mode of private colleges and universities in the new era, in order to provide some ideas and references for the improvement of core competitiveness of private colleges and universities and the cultivation of talents for entrepreneurship and innovation.
