Abstract: The training of Applied Talents in communication engineering specialty focuses on the cultivation of students' engineering practical ability, practical skill and innovative ability. The cultivation of these abilities needs the help of advanced experimental practical teaching methods. This paper discusses the feasibility and popularization value of virtual simulation technology in the cultivation of Applied Talents in communication specialty, and explores the training mode of Applied Talents in communication engineering specialty.
