Abstract: With the implementation of the policy of "Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation" and the proposal of the "Internet +" action project, the action of innovation and Entrepreneurship is actively carried out in colleges and universities in China. How to cultivate innovative talents in a precise, accurate and fast manner, has become the focus of comprehensive education reform in higher education. This paper by these ways, such as questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview, analyses four aspects, including the entrepreneurial educational willingness, current situation of implementation, innovative ways of entrepreneurship and innovative entrepreneurial environment. And the undergraduates will receive some favorable suggestions, which will motivate the reformation and development of colleges and universities.
