Analysis on the Constituent Elements of College Students' Entrepreneurial Ability

Abstract: The ability to innovate and start a business is an important ability that college graduates need to improve. How to improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students is an important content that our universities are exploring and studying. This article puts forward the concept of entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial ability through analyzing the entrepreneurial process of entrepreneurs and combining literature review, social research and theoretical analysis. This paper analyzes the constituent elements of college students ' entrepreneurial ability. It is believed that entrepreneurship can be defined as the ability of an entrepreneur to discover or create a new field, understand new things or create new things, and be able to fully utilize and exploit various resources to develop them, thus creating new products. Including entrepreneurship quality and entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurs must first have entrepreneurial quality, and then make full use of various resources, develop strategies and implement strategies to achieve commitments to related companies(or companies) or organizations(entrepreneurial skills). These two aspects can be grouped into four components: opportunity capacity, operational capacity, commitment capacity and strategic capacity.
