Abstract: This paper discusses the deficiencies of talent cultivation for business administration majors in the context of new liberal arts, focusing on the construction and implementation of the industry-teaching integration and collaborative education model. Through various methods such as dual-teacher collaborative teaching, competition-led project-based teaching, enterprise internship practice and industry-academia cooperation in educating people, it effectively integrates the resources of the school and the enterprise, and enhances the students'professionalism and practical ability. The implementation of the model promotes the deep integration of education and industry, and provides a strong guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality business administration talents adapted to the needs of the new era.
