Teaching-Competition-Creation “Trinity” “Double-Creative”Talents Training Mode and Environmental Construction

Abstract: In order to study and implement the spirit of the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China, promote the popularization and normalization of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education, improve the quality of college students'training, and stimulate students'awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, college students'innovation and entrepreneurship competition in the new era has become one of the main platforms for college students'training. Taking the mode of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship competition as the breakthrough point, this study has constructed a“teaching-competition, strengthening ability through competition, and promoting research through innovation”dual-creative talent training mode. A“classroom-competition-incubation”talent training practice system has been formed. On this basis, the construction of “double innovation”education ecological environment in colleges and universities has been explored, which puts forward a new innovative direction for talent training in application-oriented undergraduate universities.
