    Analysis on the Construction and Model Application of Teaching Evaluation Index System for Higher Vocational Nursing Majors under the Background of the“Three Education”Reform

    Objective Under the background of the“three education”reform, we will construct a teaching evaluation system for vocational nursing majors that is suitable for China's national conditions, explore new teaching evaluation models that can effectively improve teachers'teaching literacy and students'learning effectiveness, and explore their application effects. Method On the basis of referring to classic teaching evaluation theoretical models, national policies, and literature research, expert consultation method is used to select evaluation indicators, construct a teaching evaluation index system for vocational nursing majors, form a teaching evaluation model for vocational nursing majors, and apply it to the teaching quality evaluation of 2020 vocational nursing students in Yueyang Vocational Technical College to analyze the effectiveness of the new teaching model. Result Comparing the teaching quality evaluation of vocational nursing majors in 2019 and 2020, the evaluation results of teaching quality in 2020 were significantly higher than those in 2019, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion This teaching evaluation model covers the subjective and objective factors of nursing professional teaching. Teaching evaluation practice has been carried out and its scientificity has been demonstrated. This model is suitable for teaching evaluation of vocational nursing majors and serves as a replicable and promotable implementation example of teaching evaluation model for vocational nursing majors.

    The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), as the largest free trade agreement in the Asia-Pacific region, will have a far-reaching impact on the economic development of the Asia-Pacific region. Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges brought by the RCEP to China’s chemical industry, this paper summarizes the current demand of chemical industry talents and the existing teaching model of chemical engineering major in universities. We put forward an innovative teaching model of chemical engineering major under the background of RCEP, which could provide theoretical support for promoting universities to train various types of chemical talents in line with the needs of industrial development and accelerating the development of chemical industry.

    The training of applied talents in the context of new engineering poses a new challenge to the reform and development of architecture majors.     With the rapid development of China's economy, the large-scale construction of highways, railways, urban subways, and rail transit projects has pushed the development of tunnel engineering to a new height. In order to meet the talent needs of the current engineering industry, it is necessary to cultivate students to become innovative and applied tunnel technical talents.     This paper discusses the problems of integrity and innovation in the teaching of mechanics of materials under the background of new engineering.     In the background of the new engineering education reform, as the growing demand for inter-disciplinary talents in engineering, the cultivation of the new engineering talents is studied based on the integration of university and enterprise. With the goal of cultivating national craftsmen in the new era, the innovation is emphasized in collaborative education and the ability training is combined with the development needs of the industry. The promotion of high-quality talents is analyzed. By refining the core elements of personal training in engineering, the cultivation channel of outstanding craftsmen is explored and the connotation of high-quality talent cultivation is enriched. For the purpose of cultivating national craftsmen, this paper elaborates on the practical driving force for promoting integrated and collaborative education, as well as the strategic significance of engineering education practice based on the integration of university and enterprise. The studied results provide improvement ideas for the training strategy of the new engineering talents, and supplied the reference for relevant universities practice.

    The integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is the important approach to improve the training quality of innovative professional talent. Based on the introduction to the overall development“1-1-5-4-3”framework of the innovative and entrepreneurship education in our university, this paper points out the main problems existing in the educational concept, curriculum system and bottom operating mechanism in the process of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education, and summarizes the effective exploration to promote“integration of professionalism and innovation and entrepreneurship”from four aspects: innovation management methods, reforming curriculum of the specialty and innovation, refining the“professional tutorial system”tasks, strict intensifying the quality of“integration of professionalism and innovation and entrepreneurship”. This study is expected to provide reference for the educational reform of“integration of professionalism and innovation and entrepreneurship”in various majors of universities.
