    The reform of the teaching mode of general education is an important way for many colleges and universities to train undergraduates with all-round development. At present, many colleges and universities regard the reform of the teaching mode of general courses as an important way to train high-quality undergraduates in an all-round way. Based on the constructivism learning theory, PBL teaching model takes problems as the starting point, guides students to gradually improve their ability to analyze and solve problems step by step through autonomous learning and group cooperation, and provides a reform paradigm for improving student's learning motivation. In this study, 192 students from a double first-class university were selected to conduct a 16-week PBL teaching experiment in a general education class. The results show that, compared with the control class, the learning motivation of the experimental class is significantly improved under the PBL teaching model, in which the internal motivation is the main driving force, the strengthening effect of external motivation is enhanced, and the difference between internal and external learning motivation is reduced. The research results provide further reference and reference for the localized application of PBL teaching model in general courses and the promotion of student's learning motivation.

Based on this, strategies for improving the effectiveness of blended teaching in practical courses are summarized and applied in the course. Finally, its effectiveness is verified through comparative experiments.

    Based on research activities and organizational mode, this paper constructs an organizational mechanism model for cultivating graduate students'innovative capability, and uses the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method to conduct an empirical analysis of data from 31 provinces in China. The study found that: (1) none of the five conditional variables derived from research activities and organizational mode alone constitute the necessary conditions for explaining graduate students'innovation capability; (2) under the guidance of research activities, the internal resources of the organization, with university teachers actively engaged in research activities as the core conditions, can be coupled with external resources of the organization to form organizational practices conducive to the cultivation of high-quality graduate students'innovative capabilities; (3) university teachers actively engaged in research activities are the core condition for achieving effective coupling of internal and external resources within the organization.

    Flipped classroom is the product of the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching. At present, the way of improving teaching satisfaction of the flipped practical training classroom is not clear, which leads to a limited effect during the application of flipped classroom in practical training courses. This paper take the comprehensive logistics training class as an example, research on the application of flipped classroom in the comprehensive training course by using an empirical approach. The results show that the students independent learning, classroom interaction and mutual evaluation, learning attitude and learning motivation have a positive effect on the satisfaction of flipped training classroom, and the satisfaction of boys is higher than that of girls; boys'independent learning adaptability and learning attitude are better than that of girls. Finally, according to the analysis results, suggestions are given for the improvement path of teaching satisfaction of flipped practical training classroom. The research results enrich the theoretical content of the research on teaching reform of practical training courses in application-oriented undergraduate universities, and provide theoretical support for the improvement of the students'satisfaction of flipped practical training classroom teaching.

    In order to construct an accurate and effective competency model for vocational college teachers and promote the high-quality development of vocational college teachers, this article uses literature review and behavioral event interviews to collect and sort out literature on the competency and teaching ability improvement of vocational college teachers, and extracts competency indicators for vocational college teachers based on existing research results, use the Delphi method to screen and analyze the importance of the competency characteristics of vocational school teachers, preliminarily select and explain the selected features, and establish a model. Invite experts and professors to demonstrate the indicator system of the model. Use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of evaluation indicators, and determine the final vocational school teacher competency model based on the indicator weight of the importance level of the selected indicators. Based on the model results, 5 first level indicators, 13 second level indicators, and 43 third level indicators are determined. The first level indicators are knowledge literacy, teaching literacy, dual teacher literacy, personality traits, and professional literacy, with weights of 27.15%, 22.281%, 17.252%, 14.823%, and 18.495%, respectively. The competency model for vocational college teachers constructed using the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process is relatively scientific and can provide important reference basis for evaluating the competency of vocational college teachers.

    In the process of deepening the implementation of rural strategies, new farmers have become the backbone of rural e-commerce development. Scientific evaluation of new farmers'entrepreneurial competence in rural e-commerce has important theoretical guidance and practical significance. Drawing on relevant research results, combined with theoretical analysis and expert interviews, the rural e-commerce entrepreneurial competence of new farmers is divided into six dimensions: entrepreneurial ability, knowledge structure, local sentiment, ability potential, psychological traits, and personal conduct. On this basis, a survey questionnaire on the entrepreneurial competence of new farmers in rural e-commerce was designed. Factor analysis was conducted on the survey data using SPSS and LISREL software, and an evaluation model for the entrepreneurial competence of new farmers in rural e-commerce was constructed. Empirical analysis was conducted using some regions of Anhui as an example, and suggestions were proposed to cultivate the entrepreneurial competence of new farmers in rural e-commerce.
