Exploration on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform in Medical Colleges and Universities under the Background of Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract: Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education, medical colleges will face many challenges in carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education. Medical students pay insufficient attention to innovation and entrepreneurship, lack of subjective initiative in innovation and entrepreneurship, poor teaching effect on theory over practice, poor integration of curriculum and special innovation and innovation, curriculum content level is not obvious lack of carrier, and weak practicality of innovation and entrepreneurship. By strengthening the innovative and entrepreneurial concept of medical students, integrating educational reform, innovation and entrepreneurship with ideological and political education, promote the reform of the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system, to promote the construction of a practice platform for mass entrepreneurship and innovation, enhance the cultivation of students'mass entrepreneurship and innovation teams, to build full-time and dual-qualified teachers and other measures, formed to take the medical students'ability training as the main line, ideological and political education, innovation and entrepreneurship education will run through the whole process of talent training; Calidicated by the enterprise demand for medical talents, to establish an effective mechanism for training employment and entrepreneurial talents; The organization and guarantee mechanism of employment and entrepreneurship education has been improved, strengthen the guidance and service of students'employment and entrepreneurship; Constructed the employment and entrepreneurship education curriculum system, establish an employment and entrepreneurship education curriculum group.
