Research on the Influencing Factors and Improvement Strategies of Academic Innovation for Graduate Students

Abstract: The article explores the influencing factors and improvement strategies of graduate students'academic innovation ability. With the goal of cultivating more professional, high-end, and practical innovative talents, an analysis is conducted from three dimensions: individual, research environment, curriculum, and teaching to construct a“three-stage ladder”training model. Starting from personal ability enhancement, improvement of research environment, and teaching reform and innovation, this model runs through the entire process of graduate academic planning, promotes graduate academic innovation, and provides strategic research for better achieving the goal of graduate talent cultivation in universities.
