    The ideological and political theory course of college is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education, and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure. The combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the proper meaning of promoting education in the new era. At present, there are three main problems, namely, college students' poor self-positioning and career planning ability, college students' weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, and relatively backward innovation and entrepreneurship education. Therefore, the interpretation of its value implications will not only help to strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in universities, but also help college students to establish a correct concept of career choice and entrepreneurship.     As an experimental course, Experiment of Optometry Theory and Methods aims to develop students' skilled ability and solid performance in professional practice. In traditional teaching mode, students have limited operation time except for classroom explanation, and it is difficult to evaluate and guide each student's operation ability and mastery level in class. Based on the “four-element divided class” mixing teaching mode of Chaoxing learning App, students complete most online study before class, conduct classroom teaching in accordance with concentrated teaching, practical operation, group discussion and classroom question-answering, and conduct evaluation and feedback with the help of the platform after class, thus optimizing the teaching links and improving the teaching efficiency. It greatly improves students' independent learning ability and stimulates their initiative and enthusiasm in learning. The main knowledge module is integrated with the ideological and political elements of the course, so as to cultivate students' solid professional skills in optometry, and pay attention to the cultivation of students' ideological and moral character. The teaching mode of mixed and divided class is beneficial to better cultivate students' interest in learning, practical ability and stimulate their initiative in learning.

    We sorted out the talent training program of science education major, the experimental course project is divided into three levels: basic knowledge, practical skills and innovative thinking. By using semantic difference subscale and evaluation questionnaire, we found that the overall evaluation of basic knowledge experiment was lower than that of innovative thinking experiment. From the perspective of curriculum reform, some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the structure, content and class hours of basic knowledge experiment and comprehensive and exploratory experiment.

    To improve undergraduates' practical ability during the teaching of geophysics, the thinking and exploration of how to teach will be carried out from the following four aspects. First of all, we need stimulate their learning interest. The MATLAB can be linked with PPT in the way of "fast, easy and intuitive" through PPT hyperlinks to get the numerical calculation and graphic display of a complex problem, which will increase students' interest in learning and curiosity in solving problems. To improve students' programming ability, some easy geophysical problems are selected and the students are encouraged to participate in the programming. To make full use of extracurricular activities, teachers can let students to participate in programming to carry out inversion and simulation of stratigraphic parameters using real geophysical data. This will further train students' ability of independent work and programming, and improve their comprehensive quality. In the fieldwork, students are organized to design the experimental scheme and principles by themselves, appropriate instruments are needed to be selected to organize the measurement of geophysical parameters. This cultivates students' practical ability and teamwork cooperation, which achieve the teaching goal of improving students' ability in solving practical problems.

    In order to help students in science and engineering colleges better adapt to the online learning mode, the online learning satisfaction of students in science and engineering colleges was evaluated. The online learning satisfaction of 314 students from science and engineering colleges was studied by questionnaire survey. Demographic factors showed no significant difference in online learning satisfaction, but the scores of online learning satisfaction of computer-related majors were all higher than those of other majors. Students from science and engineering colleges with an average daily online learning duration of 1-2 hours are significantly more satisfied with course design (F=3.84, P <0.05) and course environment (F=8.71, P <0.01) than those with an average daily online learning duration of over 2 hours, and the difference is significant. The lower the average daily length of online learning is, the higher the score of students' satisfaction with course design is. When the average daily length of online learning is more than 3-5 hours, the lower the score of students' satisfaction with course environment is. The degree of online learning satisfaction of students from science and engineering colleges is low.
