Facing the national requirements and policy strategies on talent cultivation and higher education, this paper puts forward the theories related to the first-class characteristic innovation demonstration education mode. This paper analyzes and reviews the concept orientation of collaborative education mode, four hybrid theories of "teaching and research mix, classroom and practice mix, teaching and competition mix, ability and effect mix", and five abilities of "innovation ability, scientific research ability, business ability, international vision, practice ability". We should carry out the research on the education mode of four kinds of education directions, the teaching staff of four kinds of tutors, the teaching methods of four angles and the mixed construction of four kinds of results. Through aiming at the top competitions at home and abroad, positioning the project wide participation system, encouraging overseas visits to study abroad, and strengthening the practice practice teaching system, we can carry out innovative demonstration, collaborative mixed education and empowerment cultivation practice. By cultivating national innovative, knowledge cutting-edge, competent and modular talents to achieve the mixed education practice effect of innovation demonstration system. Theoretical and practical research results show that the first-class characteristic innovation model promotes the cultivation of first-class characteristic innovative talents, responds to the implementation of national strategy, and cultivates leading talents of the times.
