Abstract: Hetao University is a newly-built Regional undergraduate college in the west of Inner Mongolia region. It is imperative to establish the direction of training high-quality talents. It is imperative to reform the talent training mode. As a breakthrough in the reform of talent training system, the university determines the educational objectives of applied talents and the curriculum system with excellent support ability training. However, there are some problems in the implementation of practical teaching, such as the single training method, the lack of clear relevance and hierarchy among the training modules, and the lack of strong teachers of double teachers.
