Exploring on the Cultivation Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Universities under the Cooperation between Schools and Enterprises

Abstract: With the rapid development of the global economy and technological progress, the market's demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents is increasing. Universities are important bases for talent cultivation. This article discusses the problems in the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities under the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and explores the paths to optimize the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities, including strengthening practical oriented courses, expanding enterprise networks, strengthening resource sharing, and motivating students to participate. These measures help to improve the effectiveness of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, cultivate more graduates with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, promote the vigorous development of innovation and entrepreneurial culture, and contribute to sustainable social and economic growth.
