Abstract: There are many challenges in vocational college curriculum teaching, such as high input, high loss, high risk, and difficulty in implementation, observation, and reproduction. The traditional“one-to-many”online teaching methods can no longer meet the needs of current vocational education informationization. To improve the teaching effectiveness, a hybrid teaching reform and practice is carried out by integrating virtual simulation resources into the intelligent vocational online teaching platform. Firstly, the difficulties of traditional teaching are analyzed, and the strategy of incorporating virtual simulation with hybrid teaching is discussed. Then, the implementation process is introduced from the aspects of curriculum knowledge reconstruction, hybrid teaching design, digital course resource construction, and hybrid teaching reform. Finally, the teaching effectiveness is analyzed based on the recent years'teaching practice. This teaching method can significantly improve teaching effectiveness, making students'academic performance, self-learning ability, team collaboration, and learning interest greatly enhanced.
