Optimization of Talent Training Path in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Skilled Society

Abstract: Analyze the characteristics of a skilled society, extract the constituent elements of core competencies of vocational college students by comparing them, including knowledge, culture, innovation, and other aspects, and analyze the functions and interrelationships of each element. Given that its overall formation is a complex and dynamic process, a“support accumulation experience interaction”mechanism is generated based on clarifying the structure of core competencies, exploring paths such as optimizing subject and resource coordination, optimizing system linkage, and optimizing cultural construction, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cultivating core competencies of vocational students and enhance their ability to build a service-oriented society.
