Exploration on Practical Teaching Reform of Training Applied Talents Needed for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Cluster

Abstract: Recently, the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) production has been developing rapidly under the promotion and support of the state. The planting and production of TCM has gradually realized large-scale, and gradually moved towards intensification and industrialization in all parts of the country. The rapid development of the Chinese medicine industry is bound to put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of professionals. Facing the rapid development opportunities and the lag of the talent training model, the traditional talents teaching model must be reformed to align the training objectives of pharmacy professionals with the development of industrial clusters, which could promote the reform of the curriculum system and teaching methods. The application-oriented person with the skilled, versatile and innovative ability, needed for the development of TCM industry cluster, will be cultivated through the innovation of teaching, which could promote TCM industry to be in line with international standards.
