Practice of Cultivating Innovative Talents in Major of Materials Chemistry through Curriculum Reengineering, Ability Enhancement, and Platform Support

Abstract: The foundation of building an innovative country lies in the cultivation of innovative talents. In response to the prominent problems in the cultivation process of innovative talents in the major of Materials Chemistry in Nanchang Hangkong University, such as insufficient alignment between the curriculum system and the needs of innovative talent cultivation, inadequate innovation ability of students, and insufficient platform linkage, by optimizing the curriculum system and training plan, deepening the integration of research and education with school enterprises, building a multi-dimensional linkage innovation practice teaching platform within and outside the school, and improving the continuous improvement mechanism, this major has established an innovative talent training model includes curriculum reengineering, ability enhancement, and platform support.
