Factors Affecting the Implementation Quality of“College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program”and Optimization Management Strategies

Abstract: The college students innovation and entrepreneurship training program (referred to as the“da chuang project”) is an important support for enhancing college students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and achieving high-quality talent cultivation goals. However, as the number of innovation projects increases, the quality of implementation varies. Based on a questionnaire survey, this article identifies four factors that affect the implementation quality of large innovation projects through factor analysis and correlation analysis, namely project investment, self-motivation, project management, and training experience. In doer to continuously improve project quality, it is necessary to strengthen process management, stimulate internal and external motivation, and establish a supporting training system.
