Research on the Construction of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Training System for Chemical Engineering Majors in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important content of higher vocational education, which is of great significance for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. This article takes the chemical engineering major in higher vocational education as an example to explore the necessity and feasibility of constructing an innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system. It analyzes the problems in the current innovation and entrepreneurship talent training of chemical engineering majors in higher vocational education and proposes suggestions for constructing an innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system for chemical engineering majors in higher vocational education. Research has shown that building a talent training system for innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational chemical engineering majors requires starting from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum system, practice platform, teaching staff, etc., to form a scientific, reasonable, and sustainable talent training system, providing talent support for regional economic development and the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry.
