Evaluation of teaching quality in the university was characterized as qualitative results. In this study, we used Analytic Hierarchy Process method (AHP) to quantitatively assess the teaching quality. In the assessment, the indicator system was based on teacher, textbook and student. Moreover, the AHP structural model was established to assess the teaching quality of the major of hydrology and water resources. The suggestion of improve teaching quality was given from the assessment. This method overcame the defects of subjective randomness in the teaching quality assessment, and increased the reliability, veracity and impartiality of the teaching quality assessment.

In the context of“double first-class”construction, engineering fluid dynamics is an important professional basic course for most engineering majors. The curriculum reform is of great significance for achieving the requirement of innovation in the construction of dual first-class disciplines. This paper first analyzed the current situation and existing problems of engineering fluid dynamics course teaching. Based on the characteristics of the course, this study suggested changing the traditional single teaching model and adopting two alternating teaching methods. On this basis, a multi factor comprehensive assessment method and compilation of new form teaching material was proposed. Under the premise of teacher led learning, students'enthusiasm for learning is maximized, thereby cultivating their innovative thinking ability and improving teaching effectiveness.

Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, hydrogen energy, as a high-quality renewable energy with high calorific value and zero carbon emissions, has gradually attracted attention. The early development of hydrogen energy in our country was mainly focused on the downstream industry of hydrogen energy utilization (hydrogen fuel cell), and the relevant courses in universities were mainly related to fuel cells. Recently, the upstream hydrogen production and midstream hydrogen storage were gradually valued, and the related industries of hydrogen production and hydrogen storage have developed rapidly, and many professionals with relevant backgrounds are urgently needed. This paper explored the construction of hydrogen production and storage technology courses, preliminarily clarifies the teaching content and objectives of hydrogen production and storage courses. Then, based on the characteristics of this course, the corresponding teaching methods were formulated. Finally, the assessment and examining methods for this course were proposed. The construction of this course is of great significance for cultivating professionals with the background of hydrogen energy production, storage, transportation, and use.

Instead, there is an undue emphasis on knowledge retention and comprehension. To rectify this imbalance, this paper advocates for the innovative implementation of a developmental course evaluation approach tailored for intelligent manufacturing programs. Through a comprehensive analysis of prevalent evaluation practices and their limitations in the context of intelligent manufacturing courses in higher vocational colleges, this study highlights the significance of a developmental evaluation approach. It proposes specific measures for its effective application, including the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation framework, the engagement of diverse evaluation stakeholders, the alignment of evaluation content with industry demands, and the facilitation of timely and constructive feedback mechanisms. Furthermore, the paper emphasizes the integration of evaluation with teaching reform as a critical aspect. By adopting these proposed practices, the centrality and pragmatic value of developmental course evaluation in the intelligent manufacturing curriculum can be enhanced. This, in turn, holds promise for improving the quality of education, fostering students'holistic development, and providing insights and roadmaps for future reforms in higher vocational engineering education.

Based on the feasibility analysis of the integration of expertise and innovation in the cultivation of new business talents, and with the national backbone of professional e-commerce as a pilot, this paper sets the model for cultivating the e-commerce professional talents and explores the implementation path. It builds up a pyramid style“professional course learning + enterprise project practice + innovation and entrepreneurship practice + innovation and entrepreneurship competition”. The traditional EDA comprehensive practical course adopts a centralized teaching mode, which has problems such as knowledge“cramming”,“one size fits all”for key and difficult points, single performance assessment and evaluation, and insufficient motivation for students to learn independently. In response to these issues, the article proposes a blended teaching model, teachers build a learning community, shift from knowledge instillation to focus on students'core literacy cultivation, guide students'self-directed learning“internal motivation”, and establish a“lifelong point”of learning. Construct online resources, the student should learn first and then the teacher teach by the assessment of learning, implement a closed-loop teaching mode of adjustment, improvement, activate and readjustment. CDIO mode is adopt in the class, game skill value check-in mode made the theoretical practice progressing layer by layer. Using a type of discipline competition as a starting point, empowering enterprises with advantages, and promoting learning through educational competitions.
