Study of Teaching Supervision Evaluation Based on Normal Distribution Theory

Abstract: Teaching supervision is an important guarantee of teaching quality in University. Many universities have carried out researches on empirical exploration and method of teaching supervision. Most of teaching supervision experts uses way of entering classroom and listening course to fulfill supervision and evaluation of courses at present. In order to deal with the problems such as excessive deviation of scoring standards and high scoring in evaluation, it is established a“reference system” for classroom teaching evaluation using the normal distribution theory in this research. It can be used to guide the classroom evaluation and lecture evaluation of teaching supervision experts with conditional elements, provided reference for teaching supervision, improved the reliability of teaching supervision and teaching quality further.
