Abstract: Against the backdrop of deep integration between healthcare informatization and artificial intelligence, this study explores innovative approaches for cultivating talent in medical information management driven by industry part-time instructors, in accordance with the Administrative Measures for Industry Part-time Instructors in Undergraduate Institutions. Through reconstructing curriculum systems, deepening university-industry collaboration, integrating AI technological resources, and optimizing faculty structures, a tripartite cultivation framework centered on “industry-education integration - technology empowerment - collaborative education” is established.
