Abstract: Driven by the deepening of medical-education collaboration and the innovation of nursing education, this study focuses on the problems such as insufficient clinical teaching ability and lack of career development motivation faced by dual-qualified teachers in the nursing major under the “hospital-in-school” model. Adhering to the concept of fostering virtue and nurturing talent, with job competence at the core, a “dual-qualified and three-dimensional” training system is systematically constructed through three dimensions: reconstructing the construction concept, establishing a collaborative training mechanism, and optimizing the evaluation system. It aims to effectively consolidate teachers'clinical teaching capabilities, stimulate the internal driving force for professional development, and facilitate the comprehensive improvement of teachers'teaching innovation and professional qualities.
