Abstract: The construction of new medical sciences focuses on innovative changes and high-quality development in China's medical field. Regenerative medicine, as a cutting-edge discipline that integrates medicine and life sciences, has become a backbone force in solving major disease diagnosis and treatment problems and promoting the construction of the“Healthy China”. However, the current graduate training models for regenerative medicine programs face issues such as outdated curricula, insufficient practical platforms, and inadequate evaluation mechanisms, making it difficult to meet industry demands for high-caliber medical professionals. This paper explores a graduate training model for regenerative medicine that aligns with the new era's requirements. Grounded in the essence of the new medical sciences, it addresses three dimensions: curriculum restructuring, practical platform development, and evaluation mechanism refinement. This framework provides theoretical guidance and practical pathways for cultivating high-level professionals equipped with interdisciplinary thinking, clinical practice capabilities, and scientific innovation competencies.
