Strategies for Improving the Quality of the Forestry Microbiology and its Application Course under the Background of New Agricultural Science Construction

Abstract: In response to the new requirements for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents in the construction of new agricultural sciences, exploring the path to improve the quality of the course forestry microbiology and its application is of great significance for cultivating compound forestry professionals with innovative capabilities. Through literature analysis and teaching practice, this study finds that there are problems such as outdated teaching content, single teaching mode and lagging evaluation system in the current course teaching. Against this background, how to be guided by the new agricultural science concept to reconstruct the curriculum objectives, contents, methods and evaluation system has become an research issue to improve the quality of forestry microbiology education and support the sustainable development of forestry. This study formulates strategies for improving the quality of the course forestry microbiology and its application, providing a referenceable implementation model for the construction of professional courses in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, and promoting the achievement of the training goals of new agricultural science talents.
