Abstract: In the context of digital transformation in education, blended learning has become an important direction for teaching reform in applied universities. This article aims to address the challenges of low participation, disconnection between learning and application, and single evaluation in blended teaching of performance management in applied universities. It studies the construction of a four-dimensional innovative model of“project case evaluation teacher”; by collaborating with schools and enterprises to reconstruct the curriculum, we can transform real enterprise problems into a series of practical training project chains; adopting case action learning method to integrate online and offline teaching scenarios, establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system that combines process and outcome, and strengthening teachers'digital ability and enterprise practical literacy. This model effectively solves the problem of the disconnect between knowledge imparting and ability cultivation, providing a practical path for the construction of hybrid“golden courses”in the context of industry education integration.
