Abstract: With the increasing demand for secretarial professionals in employers, the limitations of the teaching mode of the secretarial practice course have become increasingly apparent. Based on the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model, this paper conducts an in-depth investigation of the current teaching situation of the secretarial practice course in six universities in Nanjing and finds that traditional classroom teaching has problems such as theorization of learning content, simplification of teaching methods, and one-sidedness of teaching evaluation. To this end, this study proposes a classroom teaching reform path based on the PBL model, aiming to construct a teaching mode centered on student needs, design authentic and targeted teaching situations, and guide students to conduct autonomous learning and practical inquiry, thereby improving the quality of classroom teaching.
