Research on the Construction of Teaching Innovation Teams for Vocational Undergraduate College Teachers under the Background of Industrial Colleges—Taking Software Engineering Technology as an Example

Abstract: In the context of industrial colleges, it is particularly important for vocational undergraduate colleges to cultivate excellent teaching teams, which can help improve teaching quality and promote industrial development. This article explores how to build a teaching innovation team, analyzes various problems and challenges currently faced, and provides suggestions and improvement plans. By forming an excellent teaching innovation team, not only can teachers’teaching skills and students'practical application level be significantly improved, but also cooperation between schools and enterprises can be strengthened, achieving deeper integration.
