Project Management and Innovation of the College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program in Private Applied Undergraduate Universities—Take a Certain School as an Example

Abstract: The training program for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship is an important way to cultivate college students'innovative thinking, improve their entrepreneurial practice ability, and enhance their teamwork and organizational skills. During the management process of the training program for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship, a private applied undergraduate institution in Anhui Province encounters problems such as difficulties in system construction, frequent project changes, low output of achievements and low conversion rate have emerged. Through questionnaire surveys and analysis, it is found that the main causes of these problems include poor coordination between superior and subordinate management departments, lack of corresponding mechanism guarantees, and insufficient relevant guidance and training. Solving these problems is not a short - term task. It is necessary to change management concepts, reform management methods, and improve the management situation, and gradually achieve the optimization of project management.
