Abstract: In the context of new-quality productive forces, the high-quality development of education hinges on a professional teaching team of high caliber. Investigating the professional development routes for English teachers in higher vocational colleges is crucial for nurturing new-quality labor, constructing an English teaching team in the new era, and guaranteeing the quality of English instruction. English teachers ought to attain coordinated development in student cultivation, teaching, and scientific research.
