This study takes graduate students majoring in electrical engineering at the School of Automation, Central South University, as an example, delving into the problems of current university-enterprise collaborative training. It proposes a new paradigm of graduate education driven by regional impetus, university-enterprise collaboration, and feedback mechanisms. By breaking away from the constraints of university-centered thinking and adopting a career-oriented approach, the study aims to enhance students'professional competencies.
