Abstract: With the rapid development of technology, the employment environment of application-oriented undergraduate students is facing challenges and opportunities. Therefore, this paper studies the employment situation and countermeasures of applied undergraduate students under the perspective of technological change. First of all, the impact of technological change on the job market is discussed, then the current employment status of college students is analyzed, and practical solutions are proposed in the employment process of application-oriented universities. By optimizing curriculum setting, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and improving students'practical ability, it provides theoretical support and practical guidance for application-oriented college students to achieve high-quality employment under the background of technological change.
