Cultivation Pathways for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Capabilities of Vocational College Students Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an important foundation for vocational college students to adapt to job changes, which includes both awareness cultivation and practical training and project experience. This article takes vocational college students as the research object, analyzes the current problems in the forms of school enterprise cooperation, teacher professionalism, and campus atmosphere, and proposes specific paths to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities under the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation. This article combines regional characteristics and actual conditions, focusing on three aspects: strengthening entrepreneurship practice guidance, implementing“dual teacher”teaching mode, and organizing enterprise entrepreneurship sharing. It proposes a set of feasible education plans, providing reference for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges.
