Abstract: In the context of the digital intelligence era, the traditional liberal arts talent cultivation model in financial institutions of higher education can no longer meet the demands of the digital economy. Through analyzing the current state of innovation and entrepreneurship education in financial colleges, this paper identifies deficiencies in digital literacy cultivation, practical platform construction, and innovation-entrepreneurship curriculum systems construction. Drawing on the experiences of well-known domestic and international universities in innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper constructs a“digital intelligence empowerment and multi-dimensional collaboration”talent cultivation system, which includes restructuring digital curriculum systems, building innovation and entrepreneurship practice platforms, and developing“dual-qualified”teaching teams. This provides reference for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in application-oriented financial institutions.
