Abstract: Against the backdrop of deep integration of intelligent manufacturing into the industry chain, labor forms are evolving towards digitization, dataization, and networking. The traditional“physical skills”paradigm is shifting towards an “algorithm data”driven digital labor paradigm. Vocational colleges must not only respond to the urgent demand for for talents with advanced digital skills in new quality productivity, but also resolve the structural dilemma of curriculum content, teaching methods, and industrial ecology mismatch. This article proposes a triple logical path of“ability demand knowledge generation ecological collaboration”from the perspective of digital labor, and explores the practical path from four dimensions: curriculum, platform, faculty, and evaluation. Through progressive course group design, joint construction of digital twin training bases, shaping of“digital intelligence”dual teacher teams, and parallel evaluation and international certification, a closed-loop mechanism of“demand driven, curriculum driven, practical accumulation, and value co creation”is formed to continuously deliver high-quality skilled talents with data thinking, algorithm application, and system innovation capabilities for industrial upgrading.
