Research and Practice of Training Innovative Talents with Project Teaching Mode—Take the Fashion Buyer Course as an Example

Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of the fashion industry, the demand for professional fashion buyers is growing. Taking fashion buyer course as an example, this paper discusses the application of project teaching mode in the cultivation of innovative talents. By combining the theories of constructivism, situational learning and cooperative learning, a project-oriented fashion buyer course framework is constructed, emphasizing the practicality of the project, interdisciplinary integration and the cultivation of students'teamwork ability, proving that project-based teaching can effectively improve students' practical operation ability, innovative thinking and professional quality. However, the evaluation system and the construction of teaching staff still need to be further improved.
