Implementation Effect and Reflection on Formative Evaluation of Clinical Molecular Biology Laboratory Technology Course in Adult Education

Abstract: This article explores the implementation effect and reflection of formative assessment in improving students' learning efficiency in the clinical molecular biology laboratory technology course of adult education. Formative evaluation has significantly improved students'learning efficiency and teachers'teaching quality, but there are still some problems in the implementation process. This article comprehensively evaluates the implementation effect of formative evaluation through methods such as questionnaire surveys and interviews; Based on the research results, improvement suggestions such as improving the evaluation system, strengthening teacher training, and optimizing evaluation tools have been proposed to provide reference for the teaching reform of clinical molecular biology laboratory technology courses in adult education.
