Abstract: This paper aims to explore the integrated teaching paths and trends of in-class and out-of-class physical education in colleges and universities from the perspective of smart sports, and introduce the potential roles and advantages of related technologies and tools in in-class and out-of-class physical education training: This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the application paths and development trends of related technologies in the internal and external teaching of physical education classes in colleges and universities from aspects such as sports data collection and analysis, personalized training program design, real-time monitoring and feedback, providing theoretical and practical support for promoting the modernization and intelligence of physical education in colleges and universities.
